After the cocktail hour guests were ushered into the Board of Trustees room which had been completely transformed with magenta paper lanterns hanging from the ceiling and black chair covers and black and white tablecloths from Connie Duglin Linens. Once everyone had taken their seats DJ Philip Green introduced the wedding party and dinner was served.
The bride and groom offered three entree choices to their guests: Boursin chicken (our most popular wedding entree!), beef wellington and roasted vegetable pasta. Both of the meat entrees were served with a side of rosemary roasted potatoes and our Key Largo steamed vegetable blend. After toasting with raspberry Spumante -- which we substituted for the usual complimentary bottle of champagne per the clients' request -- Leslie and Josh cut a small cake, and In Any Event Catering servers passed out cupcakes from a wedding cupcake display created by Patty Cakes Bakery in Fernandina Beach.
For more photos from this event, including descriptions of each entree served, see the album on Facebook.
