President's Office Meetings & Luncheon

Because In Any Event Catering's home is at the University of North Florida, our biggest client is the university itself! The University Center hosted a series of meetings on Tuesday for the President's Office, with the quarterly Board of Trustees meeting and a small reception to follow closing everything out.


 Morning beverage service (coffee, hot tea, orange juice and ice water) and granola bars were provided for the early meetings. Lunch was held in the KI Furniture Seminar Room. Our clients chose the soup and sandwich buffet option for their meal, but modified it by ordering wraps instead of sandwiches on croissants, which the buffet usually comes with. The soup selections that they chose were clam chowder and garden vegetable, both of which come to us from the award-winning company Au Bon Pain. Fresh-cut fruit and dessert bars are also included in this buffet, and chocolate-covered strawberries were added to the dessert selections for an extra treat.


 The afternoon's Board of Trustees meeting was (fittingly) held in the Board of Trustees Room, and the reception was set up in the adjoining room with Joann serving drinks behind the bar and one of our popular fruit and cheese platters for light hors d'oeuvres.
