Portraits of PACE Annual Luncheon

The PACE Center for Girls hosted their annual Portraits of PACE Luncheon at the University Center on Wednesday, March 23. The luncheon, held in the ballroom, was attended by 256 guests including girls from the PACE center, members of the PACE staff, volunteers and donors.

On the menu was our Zesty Lemon Chicken Salad, a popular option for lunchtime events. The salad consists of lemon-roasted chicken on a bed of fresh greens with red peppers, artichoke hearts and red onions, and is topped with a hazelnut-encrusted goat cheese medallion. The salad is served with our signature honey balsamic dressing. A variety of dessert bars from Sweet Street Desserts were placed at each setting, including 7 Layer Bars, Chocolate Raspberry Tangos, Luscious Lemon Squares and Pecan Chocolate Chunk Bars.

The meal was entirely set before guests entered the room, with a drink station set up for self-serve refills. This type of meal service is great for clients that have guests in the business community attending their event as it allows them to begin their program immediately without any interruptions to serve entrees, which then allows them to wrap up their event in time for guests to return to work for the afternoon.
