VIP Tasting


In preparation for the upcoming school year, In Any Event Catering conducted a tasting with VIP members of the University of North Florida's Institutional Advancement staff. The tasting, held at the beautiful Alumni Hall, showcased three salads, seven entrees and a dessert that have all never before been served by our catering team. The purpose of the tasting was to choose items to be served at monthly luncheons for esteemed guests of the Jacksonville and UNF community. Our executive chef Paul Rich and catering director John Schneider, along with the guidance of our resident district manager Dave Jordan and director of operations Korey Konopasek created a menu that successfully wowed our clients, and we look forward to preparing items from it throughout the 2011-2012 school year!



Caesar salad with Parmesan crisp, homemade croutons and cracked peppercorn.


Boneless braised short rib served with roasted fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables.


Grilled chicken with white wine mushroom sauce served with five-grain rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables.
