Our day started early with hot breakfast for the MTV production crew in the Student Union ballroom. Breakfast was quickly followed by lunch for both artists and crew, and the buffets included assorted sandwich platters, vegetable soup, garden salad, fresh fruit platters and crudite baskets. As the gates were opening for the concert we delivered one final meal, dinner buffets that included pasta with a choice of marinara, meat or Alfredo sauce, Italian meatballs, steamed vegetables, meat and vegetable lasagna, baked potatoes with butter and sour cream, and fresh-baked garlic bread.
Our work that day didn't stop with feeding the people that made the concert happen. We also set up shop on the amphitheater green and served beer and snacks to the concertgoers. This was the first concert that we have served alcohol at, and we look forward to doing it again for the spring concert that Osprey Productions is already in the process of planning!

PS - In Any Event would like to extend a special thank you to the managers from our sister units on campus that helped make everything possible! They stayed after their regular shifts to help us with beer and snack sales.
